Ok so I know the "basics" of java and kinda how to apply them when i'm given simple problems, what's the next step to learning? I've heard you're supposed to build your own stuff but idk what to build everything sounds either too simple or way too complicated and out of my reach, and I supposed to go for the latter and just google my way through it?

I used to be able to keep my computer on for like a month and things would still feel snappy(just put it in sleep mode instead of shutting down)
