living like this, how am able to have real time communications with friends/family? i live in volatile terrain, so CB radio is not always reliable. i can use a CB radio up to 5w and dont want a ham licence. smart phones are unnecessary and "dumb phones" are bloated spyware

Which one should I be using, I just want something to help me write code for small and medium sized python projects and work like a basic search engine. I also really like the voice capability of ChatGPT but it's only available on the phone app which is retarded.
