My professor doesn't even have a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field she has a Phd in Human Centered Computing. TikTok's data centers were then moved from Singapore to Texas. A couple of years ago, Oracle was caught selling massive amounts of user data to China. The case wasn't made public, and nothing happened after it was leaked.
