If you don't want bangs, anon, at least try for some face-shaping layers. It's okay, in fact it's great, to go to the hair salon once in a while. You'll feel loads better.
I think you need a heavier blush on the high apple of your cheeks (you smile like you do regularly, then pat the blush on the parts of the cheeks that bulge out when you smile.)
I think you could benefit from a lighter eye-liner line at the TOPS of your eyelids. Try a thinner eye-line.
Last but not least, look up on youtube tutorials about contouring.
Darken your eyebrows a little with eyeshadow. Your eyebrows look so naturally nice!
A solid-band choker would be cute with this coord.
I have an oval face too, anon, but I never wear mini hats or head bows. They just don't look right on oval faces. I wear half-bonnets with wide lace which tends to WIDEN my face a little. This dress has such lovely black ruffles, you should get a half-bonnet headdress to match them~~
Your hair is so long and pretty, and I think your little smile is cute. A redder lip tint would look cute on your smile with this dress.
