Homosexual transexuality still seems like a strong motivation for transitioning lesbians, but autoandrophilia not so much. It really seems more like a self-loathing of being born to the weaker sex. An autogynePHOBIA, if you will. Though no-one to my knowledge has done a proper survey of it. It also certainly has heavy overlap with HSTS, as it's clear the likes of Page are deeply self loathing, though this does not comprise all female HSTSs.
