ya caught me

I'm actually just trying to look for Montage Of Heck threads to lurk and post anonymously in. Saw it last night in theaters with Cole and Sky. Thought it was pretty cool but they left out a lot of stuff.

>Courtney Love talking about how she never cheated on Kurt
>movie ends with Kurt singing the cuck blues anthem

1967 is the year of the Sheep. As an Earth Dragon who has dedicated his entire life to the study of Eastern Astrology and Chinese fortune telling, I assure you that I am correct. I've delved very deep into Kurt Cobain's astrological chart years ago and this is something I would never forget.

Year of the Fire Sheep, Month of the Water Tiger, Hour of the Wood Rabbit.

I take Chinese Astrology way too seriously to ignore a post that is giving incorrect information. It controls every aspect of my life. You can ask anyone who truly knows me about this and they will confirm it.

I would have not started a band with Cole if he wasn't a Scorpio born in the year of the Rat.

Kurt Cobain was born in the year of the Sheep, 1967. Same year as my mother. Lesser Yin, belonging to the same trine as Pig and Rabbit so you were close but Sheep is a very different beast.

Sheep is the wanderer, the dreamer, the true artist. Considered the weakest sign in the Chinese Zodiac, it is also the most loving and musical. They are very emotional and fragile mentally. They make great disciples of people born in the year of the Dragon. The Western equivalent would be Cancer.

Though Cobain was born in the year of the Sheep and shared very similar traits to the sign, his Day Sign (actual sign) is Rabbit.

Another musician born in the year of the Sheep (not 1967 though) is Christopher Owens, who has pain in their voice when they sing, a true Sheep quality.

Laughing is great and all but Street Waves is where it's really at. Tim Wright's bass playing really shines in that one.

Pffft.

1. Human
2. Oshin
3. Air Conditioning (when we play it live)
4. Druun
5. Everything else in no particular order

If you guys like complicated bass lines that sound good, you're going to LOVE the next record

Not taking any questions, just stopping by. That's all folks.

Yes, I have and she was correct in thinking so. We're talking backwoods phantasmagoria level of patrician and she still knows more about krautrock than me which is sad. I don't think I can ever articulate how powerless it feels to have a girlfriend that's smarter, funnier, and more attractive than you, especially when her taste in music dwarfs your own and you're constantly getting schooled. Of course she broke my heart in the end but I took her virginity so I made my mark.

My current girlfriend has better taste in music than me depending on your standpoint. She's much more into electronic stuff. I got bored of that and now i'm in a post-ironic Yahowa 13 hole but only the heavy psych shit.

The soundtrack for this game was much more intense. I kind of want to cry every time I hear the Eight Melodies honestly.

Only answering because dubs of the year I was born.

I'm not mad. I don't have anything against transgender people at all. I have a few friends who are transgender. I just ran out of characters in that post and didn't want to do more than one so I made the story as short as possible but with enough detail to get the gist of the sitch. It's really a story about my favorite sweater that's lost in Omaha, not how I made out with some guy I thought was a girl. Sexism In Music should change it's name to I Hate Devin though, they seem to be obsessed with me.

While we're on the subject, KISS is the actual most overrated band in rock history. I like some of their songs of course and I like what Gene Simmons has to say about other musicians because rock and roll shouldn't be "let's all hold hands here on the subway" but they've been consistently ass for decades.

Who actually dresses up for photo shoots aside from models? That one picture in this thread is right after we stepped out of a sushi restaurant near Canal Street for Bailey's birthday. Wasn't meant to be a press pic.

I'm not THAT good but i'm pretty good. A lot of people rave that i'm incredible but I just know the fundamentals so I can play anyone. Ness all day though ;)

>>52372383

I don't why I said apartment. It was a house. Go ahead. Take it.

>>52372406

I love it. I play it for an hour on 1v1 For Glory every day to make sure I don't get rusty. Ness for life but I also like Link, Falco, Shulk, the Fire Emblem guys (and girl) and especially Duck Hunt.

Just dropping by before I pass out. Merry Christmas, /mu/. Even though it's over. Sorry I never got the Sky pic. Y'all know who to blame for that shit though.

That sweater I left at a girl's house in Omaha, Nebraska...

WARNING; STORY TIME: We played a show in Omaha, Nebraska on tour with Wild Nothing in what appeared to be a high school cafeteria that they built a stage in so it was more like an auditorium. A bunch of cute girls were there and one of those girls took us to a party that was going on at her house. Conor Oberst used to live there and so they gave us a tour of the place, like anyone but me in the band gives a shit about Bright Eyes anyway. I made out with this girl on the porch and she turned out to be a tranny so we all just bailed immediately and I left my sweater behind. Said girl who's house it was (not the tranny) still has it and is waiting for me to come back and get it, though I asked her to mail it to me more than once. It will be mine once again someday.

Here's where things get real funny: When I first entered the apartment, we walked into the living room and a bunch of stoners were playing Super Smash Brothers on the N64. I got passed the controller and schooled everyone in the room a few times before leaving to see the rest of the place. Fast forward a few years later, and I'm at some bar in my hood that has an N64 night on Sundays. Some dude walks up to me one night when i'm there and goes "Hey man, you might not remember this but you came through to a party in Omaha once and beat my ass in Smash. I've been training every day since then in hopes I would meet you again and beat you. Wanna play right now?" I said sure.

What happened next? I literally 3 stocked him. Not sure if he touched me even once. I felt really bad because I hadn't played in a while and I could tell he was upset about having another go at it but this continued a few times before he walked away and wished me well. I imagine this guy is still in Nebraska, at Conor Oberst's old place, just playing Smash all time, training to beat me and that makes me feel some sort of way.

>no one mentioning Lizzy Mercier Descloux

She might be up your alley, anon. Not as intensely No Wave as DNA or Mars though. Kind of funky like James Chance and the Contortions.

Check out The Pop Group too. A little more post-punk than no wave really but still bretty gud.

If you like Tim Wright's bass playing in DNA (he's one of my faves of all time), check out Pere Ubu and Rocket From The Tombs while you're at it. Some other bands he was in around that decade.
